What does your DH/FI call this site and what are his comments about it?
My FI calls it 'your online girly girl wedding forum thing'
He actually gets a kick out of some of the threads

FH doesn't really have much to say about the site itself. He thinks I am a loser for actually going out with girls I hardly know (you girls know who you are and I love ya's anyway!).
But he gets a kick out of the wedding gossip and he knows all of the LIW lingo!

He used to make fun of me at first. He told me one day, when I was telling him that I was going to a GTG, 'I thought you said you'd never join a sorority and now look at you! Its like a cult.' THEN he started to realize the benefits of this site and he started telling his friends about it!!

He knows that it is called LIW, but complains that he never sees me or watches TV at night w / me anymore because this site has stolen my attention away from him! He rolls his eyes and walks away...and does want to know who I am talking to and what about and then threatens to put a firewall on the comp so I can't access it

He thinks I am wierd that I go on it. He is not very into computers so he doesn't really get it.
He tells me that I am saddicted to it though. If he even knew how long I was on during the day, I am rarely on when not at work.

And he is just happy that I stay occupied on hockey nights, pool night, softball nights and when he works late. He doesn't feel as guilty leaving me alone now!

he doesn't really call it anything. He just cringes everytime I am on it. He says he misses me snuggling with him on the couch at night.

My FI calls it 'my wedding website thing'. Everytime he knows that I am on it, it wants to know who I am talking too. I tell him that it does not matter because you don't know all of them. He asks is it Melissa, Laurie or the girl you work with. He does not really care if I am on here but yet he wants to know who I am talking too.

DH walked into the computer room while I was on here the other day and he said I had that 'I'm caught' look. You know, like the look he has when I walk in while he is on some naughty web site!!

He used to laugh when I came home and said 'on LIW this' and 'on LIW that'. Then when I went to the GTG back in January, he didn't want me to go because he thought I was going to be kidnapped or some such nonsense. But once he met MichelleW -- who went with me and I had a flat so he had to come fix it -- he calmed down and realized you were all 'real' and 'normal'!!!
He also met Anna at church the day she christened her baby because my friend christened hers the same day at the same church!! And last month, he overheard Jennbaby (in the supermarket) talking about her wedding and turns to me and says 'hey, some girl is talking about a wedding' and I look up and go 'oh that's Jennbaby, she's getting married next week!' -- his mouth just dropped opened and he looked at me and said 'it figures you would know her'!!! And since he met 2 more people, he REALLY knows it's on the 'up and up' (as he calls it)!!!!!
Now he just says 'what did LIW say about this or that'!!!!

FH calls it 'psychobrides.com' I think mv1003's FH does too.

Lisa: Every time I tell my mom or Brian about a GTG the first question they ask me 'is Lisa going to be there?'
FI just shakes his head at me. He has come to accept that I am on here a lot. Though he is grateful that I am on here because of the ladies on here its really made our wedding planning so much easier and less stressful

Tell Brain and your Mom that is really nice. I tell Michael that because of all the girls here, we have gotten some great ideas and I have made some wonderful friends.

FI calls it the 'wedding site'. He is 100% o.k with me being on it ( but it's not like he has a say in it or anything, LOL!!) . We have made some really good 'couple' friend from this site that I honestly consider friends not just internet buddies. FI even asked me last night (when we were talking about the guest list) if I had accounted for all the people from 'the website' that were attending. He's so cute
