shmoopie yes, it was on Seinfeld. When we were first dating his brother told him that he and his (then gf) called each other that and we thought it was so dumb..we made fun of it constantly and before you knew it...we sort of got used to it and actually started calling each other that! we have several other embarassing names for each other but I think I have said enough for now! btw, on the weddingchannel they have that show with weddings (A Wedding Story?) and in one couple's vows they vowed to always call each other shmoopie! We thought that was going tooo far!

Babe or Baby all the time, first names when we're mad , I call him Lover Bear, and he calls me Hot Stuff when we're being all cute! We might engrave those names in our bands!
