We're having a traditional Greek wedding and our reception will be 85% Greek music.

Too many to mention! FI is Danish, so there are a lot of Danish wedding traditions we are incorporating into the reception. F.ex. there are a lot of speeches and skits by the closest relatives. And there are lots of weird but funny kissing rituals.
Everytime a guest taps the glasses and plates with their silverware, all the other guests join in. This means that the newlyweds must stand up on their chairs and kiss until the guests stop tapping! I hope I don't fall off the chair!
Another kissing ritual: when either the groom or the bride leave the room (f. ex. to go to the bathroom) all of the guests of the opposite sex must get up and kiss the bride or groom on the cheek.
Weirdos!

We are bring together a lot of Celtic and Roman aspects in to the ceremony. We will be bring up a few different gods and goddesses from both sides. We are going to have an pasta section in our buffet. Lots of red wine too. But we are also serving Meade which is a honey wine common in Irish, British, and German cultures.
Even my ceremony dress is based of what a female celtic warrior would wear into battle.

We're both Puerto Rican, so we'll have a lot of salsa, merengue, bachata and Reggaeton music. Ayi Pari!!!!
Food - We're having a whole pig (Lechon) and yellow rice for all those who can't live without it at the CH!!! Have the dollar dance?? Maybe, haven't decided yet!!!
At the ceremony we're offering roses to each mother as a sign of peace and unity.

Weirdos!
I would never get anything done. I have to 'powder my nose' all the time now. Add my Irish drinking and I will spend all night getting kissed. I'd have to strap a bag to my leg to get anything done.
