they make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time, everyone else is doing their job, sets up stuff, makes sure limos are on time, etc * keeps the bride calm and collected and deals with all the last min. going wrong stuff so we dont have to get stressed out! * PS I found a GREAT day of coordinatior/planner her name is Judith Garner and she is only $150 for the day!

I just called her!!! Yay! We are speaking tomorrow. I've heard so many good things about her, I just wasn't sure what to expect or what kinds of questions to ask.

Will do - I am so psyched I am going Wednesday to book my wedding - we are having it at Sans Souci for sure...
I am not sure if I need a coordinator b/c we aren't having a bridal party - just our sisters...
No Limos or anything... We are getting dressed at the place and goign to take pics then have the ceremony... Wonder if it's necessary...

If you feel like you might be too hands on at the hall that day, or that morning. Judith is showing up at 6 am to make sure everything happens smoothly, she's the person all the vendors will contact, makes sure that everything is set up - all the stuff that you might have you MOH or BMs do, she'll be in charge of seeing them happen.
