What exactly has to be put into....

a Photography contract? I have an idea ,but I don't want to miss anything. Thanks!!

I actually looked at my contract last night, but now I don't remember.

Here's a few:

Name of the Photographer shooting your wedding
Make sure ALL of your personal info is correct
I have a list of ALL extras they are giving us!

I really forgot, I'll have to check my contract when I get home. Sorry.

I thought I'd be able to remember more.

Let me see if I can help: just went through this:

1. Time photog shows up/time leaves
2. agreed upon price and what that will include
3. Name of photg who will be there
4. amount of rolls they will take
5. guaranteed number of proofs
6. type of photography they will do
7. pay schedule
8. how long will take to get finished proofs?
product?
9. where photographer will go to?
10. In event you cancel (G-d Forbid) or they cancel, no body is liable for any additional monies and you only lose deposit.
11. Additional pricing on items after- make sure you get 2002 pricing...
