What exactly is on your certified birth certificate?
I have so many different forms and none of them have a raised seal. What does it say on it?

Is it the form that says 'Dept of Vital Records Certification of Birth?'

It should have a raised seal on it

I know it has a raised seal. I'm just not sure what its supposed to say on it. I am asking about a certified copy with the raised seal.
