The Rhythm method is basically assuming that ovulation occurs every month 14 days before your next period.

I thought the rhythm method was to NOT GET pregnant? Like its a form of birth control without actually using any birth control...

Oh ok I got so confused for a minute... Anyway I also heard that it doesnt work unless you are very regular.
