Like who dances with who first? The bride and groom dance first, right? I've been to so many weddings, you would think I would remember.

Usually the bride and groom dance first, then some have the bridal party join in the first dance, I have seen them join also for the second dance.

we danced alone 1 song then our BP & parents joined us for 2nd song.

some halls do it dif..
we had our first dance right after we were introduced.. and we cut our cake, I did the father/daughter dance, then DH danced with his mom, then we did the bo-k toos, DH went for the garter, then he tossed it

for the 2nd song- is it a slow song? i don't want to make my bridesmaids dance w/ the groomsmen on a slow song- but i don't want all the bridesmaids and groomsmen to pick their own partner bc some don't have a date. what song did you use for the 2nd song?

It can be whatever you like! we had everyone join in on the second one.. not the bp adn their partners.. it wasn't anything planned.. my band leader surprised us.. We danced to 'Only you'

We are making our entrance alone (bridal party will be already in the room among the table). Then we will go into the first dance, with everyone joining in. Then right into a Dance set by our band....toast will be done later on during the main course.
