buttermilk cake... layer of buttercream with toffee bits, cake, layer of dulce de leche with coconut

We had 2 layers of chocolate cake with cappuccino mouse and white chocolate mousse and 2 layers of vanilla cake with raspberry and chocolate mousse. YUM I love cake chat!

Cookies & Cream is an option from our bakery and I'm drooling just thinking about it. Not sure yet exactly what we are doing but I would like to do a devil's food chocolate cake

I totally didn't think of Cookies and Cream! My FH doesn't always eat cake but when we go to International Delight Cafe he always gets the exotic cookie ice cream(cookies and cream). He'd definitely eat cookies and cream cake instead of my favorite, red velvet cake!

our cake is a 3 tier round vanilla cake with french custard and fresh fruit covered in fondant with jewels and buttercream roses

Red velvet cake with fresh strawberries and chocolate pudding as a filling and buttercream icing! It was a slice of heaven!
