Just curious as to what your flavor was--I'm thinking of doing something a little 'different' like vanilla cake with pistachio and hazlenut filling. I just don't know if everyone will eat it!

I would like to do something different as well...we went to a wedding and their cake was AMAZING...mango & guava filling with a layer of coconut in a white cake...it was incredible...I may be biased because I absolutely LOVE anyting coconut

5 layer cake -- 2 layers of chocolate cake, 1 layer of yellow cake, 2 layers of chocolate mousse filling.

I dunno, maybe I am silly but I just love plain old vanilla cake with butter cream - like a bday cake. I am not much of a dessert person.
That's exactly how I feel...I kinda just want like a 4 layer b-day cake!

Its was. I could still taste it! It tasted just like those Baci (Italian) chocolates -- mmmmm
