What flowers do I need?

Here is my list so far:

1 bridal bq
5 bm bq
1 groom bout
4 groommen bout
2 father bouts
2 mom flowers/corsages
1 throw away bq
2 baskets of petals for flowergirls
petals for the toss and seating card table
Chuppa

Am I missing anything? Do grandparents get flowers too? Is any of these not necessary?

I think you can give corsages to anyone imp. to you (if you want to). Neither of us have grandmothers but we are giving corsages to the readers who are 2 of my sister-in-laws an aunt, we are also giving one to FH's close aunt.

The only thing that I can think of is an extra bout for FH. The first one is bound to get smushed during the receiving line hugs! Oh, also, flowers for the cake and flowers for the people doing readings (if you have any).
As far as grandparents, we are giving a corsage to all of the grandmothers.

We don't need centerpieces b/c the hall will provide silk flowers, with grandparents its sort of a sticky situation: both fi and I have one grandmother that we like and one that we don't care for (long story).
We can't honor one and not the other, but we don't want to honor the other, so we're thinking of not giving flowers to either? Am I wrong? A few photographers mentioned to us that grandparents are not in bridal party, so I wasn't sure if they needed the same flowers as the bridal party does...
Or should we just get flowers for both grandma's and grandfathers and be nice?

IMO I would just get flowers for both the grandmothers. It's not a huge expense and maybe you can get a more elaborate one for the grandmother that you do like.
