my bridesmaid dresses will be quite a deep but bright purple, kind of like a royal purple colour. Can anyone send me some pics of their wedding flowers with this colour or colours they would recommend. As my wedding is very close to christmas i thought it would be nice to incorporate some holy and ivy? not sure if this will work though!! Any of your opinnions will be greatly appreciated!!!

Do you have a pic of the dress in the color you want? What other colors are in the wedding?
Since the color of the BM dress is strong, how about soft cream or ivory flowers, or possibly a pale yellow? IMHO, I don't think holly and ivy will look good in BM bouquets, although they would be lovely in a centerpiece.

My bridesmaids are wearing purple as well and my girls are carrying yellow, pink and lavendar roses. Maybe like purple & white orchids would be nice for the deep purple of your dresses. Or you could go with purple and white roses.

this site has really nice christmas bo-ks with pine & stuff.... they are really for the bride but you can get some nice ideas...
