What fun things do you want to do before the summer ends?

What fun things do you want to do before the summer ends?

Just curious, it just seems as if the summer is flying by so quick and every weekend I say 'ok we didnt get to go THIS week, but before the summer ends I definately want to':

1. Take a ride to Montauk for the day
2. See a concert in Bryant Park
3. Visit the Boardwalk in Jersey( I forgot the name-where Jenkinsen's is)
4.Great Adventure
5. Go away for the weekend to either Cape May, Nantucket, Block Island

Cant think of anything else right now, anyone ?!

a concert at Jones beach
go to the beach! (haven't gone yet this year)
Montauk would be nice... or the hamptons for the day

DH and i were discussing going to Cape may, Nantucket, or marthas vineyard for a weekend too. ive never been (maybe for my b-day? )

- Hit the beach one Saturday
- Relax and sleep late on my vacation
- Lose 15 pounds

THINGS I HAFTA DO:
- Get my invitations
- block hotel rooms
- buy Bridal party gifts
- set up addresses

I would really like to get away for a weekend. It seems like we have so much going on though I would also like to spend one day doing nothing...fat chance of that happening. But that would be fun enough for me.

Go to Montauk (a definite b/c we have family there!)

Have my house fixed (reconstruction)

Continue to go to the beach (DH surfs so we're always there!)

Enjoy the wonderful weather!

We are actually doing the Disney Cruise September 5(labor day weekend)

visit my mom out in montauk.
settle into the apartment
hit the beach a lot more
eat outside more and make smores
read a book
oh yeah, get married!

That sounds like my list exactly except my vacation is my honeymoon and I do not know how much 'sleeping' will actually get done, we want to enjoy Aruba!!

That sounds like my list exactly except my vacation is my honeymoon and I do not know how much 'sleeping' will actually get done, we want to enjoy Aruba!!




I'm only going to visit a friend's house upstate for a week, sleeping is on the agenda ... so is boating, reading, visiting whiteface mtn and napping I haven't had a vacation like this in about 5 years. I always 'run at full speed' on vacation. Heck, my honeymoon is a Safari, I will not be relaxing then! So I am savoring the thought of 7 days of nothing!

I want to get away for a weekend without having to worry about planning the wedding, buying a house, or getting out of this crummy job.

wine tasting I say it all the time and if never happens!! This summer I'am doing it!! LOL
