I have extemely curly hair and need a change. I want something that won't leave it crunchy and I love it very full. TY!

I have tried it all. My favorite is the Green Tea gel by Back to Basics.

i ve tired so many different kinds but i use the cheapo la looks blue gel. its like 1.99 a bottle and it has frizz control i top it off with Aussie scrunch spray and im good to go.

Right now my favorite is Ouidad climate control gel. It's like a liquidy gel and it doesn't get crunchy.

Biolage - you have to use just a dab or it will make your hair crunchy.

I use John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls..it's a spray, and not at all crunchy

I started using a gel by Dove this week. The funny thing is that I was just in the bathroom at work admiring how full it made my hair.

sebastian wet, then finish it off with herbal essance volume mouse

Here's what I do:
-I rinse my hair in cold water
-I use Finesse conditioner (regular, moisturizing or volumizing) like a gel/leave in conditioner. The weight helps loosen my curls without being sticky. (the Finesse also smells good! People comment on how great my hair smells all the time.)
-L'oreal Pumping Curls
-Rave hair spray #3 or #4

and then I dry it with a diffuser.

I can't even tell you how many people stop and ask me about my hair/curls.

Thanks! Yes, it does keep my hair full - the stuff is so lightweight that it doesn't weigh your hair down.

I have really curly hair and I love a product line called curlfriend. I don't always use the whole line because I go through so much product it would cost me a fortune, but I always use the #3 control gel for keeping out humidity. I have a whole process that goes like this all done with my head flipped over upside down....

1. In wet hair I put the curlfriend's control gel.

2. I spray with either the curlfriend's spray or l'oreal springing curls spray and scrunch while doing so.

3. I then use either the curlfriend's gooey-goo or l'oreal springing curls mousse and scrunch more while putting it in.

4. I finish off with an extra dap of the control gel just to help fight frizz a little more.

5. Blow dry with a diffuser.

I always think that my hair is going to feel crunchy, but it I continue to scrunch a little while blow drying it comes out curltastic and soft.

I have been using Ouidad products for about 7 years, I bought Climate control, I really like it, they have a process that you can follow to get the ultimate curls without frizz, go onto their website, ouidad.com and they will send you a free brochure. It has to do with sectioning your hair, applying the product and raking your fingers through to make sure all hair is properly covered, they you hold on to the end of the section of your hair and shake it a bit, I them let it air dry and diffuse it.

I have been using the Nexxus styling gel....It is more expensive, but it keeps the curls tight and not stiff.....It also doesn't dry my hair out. I get a bottle in ULTA for $22 that lasts 1-2 months.
