What gel do you curly haired girls use?

I have extemely curly hair and need a change. I want something that won't leave it crunchy and I love it very full. TY!

I have tried it all. My favorite is the Green Tea gel by Back to Basics.

Ok, so I went w/ this and it's better than any gel I have ever used. My hair is shiny, full and bouncy.

I also love my hair very full,,,I love Biolage..it isnt heavy and my curls come out perfect and very full.......

Right now my favorite is Ouidad climate control gel. It's like a liquidy gel and it doesn't get crunchy.

I use that too but only during the summer and for speical occasions since its $$. I also get my haircut at Ouidad. Other than that I use L'Oreal melting gel. I find it very lightweight too.

I use Nexis liquid gel, which believe it or not is actually meant for thinning hair, but it works reallly well for thick curly hair. I also leave in nexis humectress.

I use John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls..it's a spray, and not at all crunchy

i love that one too, i also use his relaxer cream and use my diffuser and my hair comes out great. Don't laugh but my other option is Queen Helene gel(Pink) mixed with aveda leave in conditioner, i read it in a magazine once, and it works really good too.

Redken #12 or #16. I also like the new line by Matrix- it's in the light green bottles.

And, I like Redken's spray gel for curly hair- dark green bottle.

I also like the Paul Mitchell spray gels- light or medium hold.

My favorite gel for the longest has been VaVoom but it does leave your hair hard on day 1. Day 2 is always a good hair day though.

I stopped buying it though (because of the hardness) and started using Tresemme Mousse, and I also use a good conditioner (like Pantene) and leave some in. I never blow dry my curls - only air dry.

But it's winter now so I torture my hair into straightness everyday!!! Since I only airdry, it's no fun to go out with a wet head in the winter, so I blow dry all winter.

L'oreal Frizz control gel. You can use it on wet hair to prevent frizz, or on dry hair to smooth frizz. It's great and inexpensive.

I live in NYC - where can I find the 'back to basics' green tea hair gel - do they sell it at regular drug stores like duane reade or do I need to go to a salon?

I just started using Garnier Fructis Curl Shaping spray gel and Surf something or other.

They work nice on the curls - but not the frizz...so I finish it off with Matrix Sleek Look spray.

Dove came out with new products for hair! i had a free sample (i love free samples) of anti-frizz cream. it's great! it made my hair shiny and super soft! i felt so purdy it's around $4 a bottle.
