So he just calls and all the groomsmen are at a bar, the groom JUST left but im even surprised he went lol. What is wrong with these guys dont they realize they have a long day ahead of them tomorrow...theres no way im dealing w/ this for my wedding

MY BIGGEST FEAR

to guys it's a good reason to party non-stop!!! Party the days before the wedding, at the wedding, after the wedding... lol

But I hear you. I don't want my rehearsal the night before the wedding for the sheer fact that I don't want everyone staying out drinking after the dinner!

i am so scared this will happen to FH!!!! FMIL is on my side though, she said she will hind all the liquor in the house, and if needs be she will lock her son in his room!!!!

She said she never grounded him b/4, but there is always a first, no matter how old he is!!!!!

Ok so i dropped FH off at his friends house bc they'll all get ready together for his friends wedding and its easier for him to be there rather than deal with traffic and rushing there tomorrow. ANyways they all decide to go to a bar tonight, they text fh while we were going there and once he told me of course i get worried saying oh no you all are gonna have hangovers dont get drunk please

Where is the wedding at tonight?

Crashing.................Just don't let the guys get a keg the night before the wedding. THe guys all stayed over in the suite we got for the night before the wedding and our after party the night of the wedding. Well the 'boys' decided to get a keg and the best man went to do a keg stand and slipped and slammed the whole right side of his face into the metal bucket holding the keg. It's actually pretty funny now looking back because my husband states he got up looked at all the blood pouring out of his face ans said 'Oh S H I T!!! Maria is going to Kill me'

They ended up telling me the morning of the wedding while I was getting my hair done, one of my BM is the bestmans wife. They didn't want me to see him at the top of the altar all chipmunk faced. Well, here's to show you ladies the day of the wedding I didn't care, I was worried that he had broken his jaaw or done something worse, but I was totally cool with it!!!

So A bottle of advil, a LOT OF ICE and a lot of make-up and the Best man didn't look too bad...... Just a fat lip and chipmunk face!!! We had a great time!! And we still have teh keg bucket that is dented in from his face

so true and my FH and his friends are such lightweights now guess that happens when they get older they cant hang like they use to when they were teenagers & forget they are older now and guess who is there always to take care of them afterwards from being hungover and exhausted etc (we are)

They want to drink their worries away Boys will be boys!!!

I think the wedding is at bridgeview - it's probably tonight so even if they drank too much hopefully they will be recovered by then!

mine is not a big drinker and i have NEVER seen him drunk (just once, i'd love to see him drunk) I will hopefully be drinking champagne or a bellini while i get ready that day

Ugh, some guys are so stuck on, 'This is my last night of freedom' that they forget that the next day is what's important! Guys are retarded sometimes.....of course, not ALL guys. I think Joe will be smarter than that the night before. He's probably going to be so excited and possibly nervous that he'll have one to calm his nerves lol I think FH will be that way too.

the groom is not like that at all lol honestly i think he went just bc all the guys probably said something to him about going and his 3 brothers were there too...like i said before they all bother him that hes whipped bc he doesnt go out with them most of the time to bars or just out in general, thats why i was shocked he was there but he also left early

oh god joe better not go out the night before lmao, the only reason why is bc seriously he is the worst when he has a hangover lol

well while we were driving out there i was gonna say oh you guys dont have work tomorrow so maybe you should do something but then i was like oh no wait nevermind. The groom went home at 1am and ceremony is at 3:30 so thats not bad at all. I got annoyed bc all i kept thinking is ugh he better not have a hangover and annoy me and then be too cranky to dance lol bc we're dancing all night long lol. See i would go out just not stay out real late bc i know how to control my liquor and know when to stop, Fh doesnt lol

BUT he called at 2am and they were on their way home so thats good and he told me he had stop drinking for an hour and bought 2 bottles of water to drink before bed so i think they should be ok lol

yes its at bridgeview, reception is at 7 but ceremony at 3:30 but the guys have to be at the church at 3

well we are staying at a hotel the night before the wedding with our parents and bridal party. ill be with the women and FH will be the men. i am pretty sure we will both have a drink or too to relax and just hangout with our friends/family. i dont think there is anything wrong with drinking the night before - as long as its not like back in the day college binge drinking. i know that FH can get carried away though once he gets a little buzz going on but i am confident that he wont be having a wild drunken night. i also made him promise not to drink jack and coke because that makes him smelly like an old man and i do not want him to smell like liquor the day of our wedding! yuck!

see ive heard FH say before oh im not getting drunk tonight or ill just drink beer, and no he drinks scotch or vodka and got trashed and had the worst hangovers the next day...if he had a hangover like a normal person i wouldn't even care, i told him hey youre the one whos gonna feel like crap the next day, not me so its your problem but the way he acts it does become my problem i think he'll be fine today, they went home earlier than i thought they would and he did call me and say 'omg im so retarded right now but said so i had to stop drinking.

my groomsmen, along with one of my BM & her husband all went to a strip club the night before my wedding....

i thought it was hilarious.

Im lucky DH wasnt in the mix

now i wonder what FH will do b4 the wedding. Most likely stay home bc i would have FMIL in check then again- she will be prolly having a party @ her place breakin plates and providing the booze. lol she's wild.

i know for me ill be either wired from anxiety and excitement or -passed the F out.
