What gym are you a member of?

What gym are you a member of?

I need a new gym, something close to home, that has a great class schedule.

I live in Deer Park, and work in West Babylon.

Hmm well I belong to a small private gym literally 2 miles from my house.
Have you tried NYSC, Curves, Equinox, Lucille Roberts, Golds?

They should have something convenient for you.

I just joined Gold's in Smithtown last week! When do you go? I go at 5:30am.

I only wish that I could go 5:30 in the morning...Usually around 10:00am. I usually do the treadmill and the the eliptical.

I go to NYSC in HUntington Village, but there is one in commack too. Lots of classes and a great gym!!

I have to be on Wall street in manhattan every day at 8:30. It is the only time I can get to the gym!

I WISH I could work out at 11:00!!!!!

JAzzercise in on Acorn Street on the right hand side coming from Deer Park Avenue. I love it alot, it is excercise classes that use alot of Jazz moves. You dont feel like you are working out you feel like you are in a dance class. I really enjoy it and it is the best cardio workout I have ever gotten.

Try Gold's Gym in Deer Park. I go to the Smithtown Golds and they are linked, I love their class schedules.

I belong to equinox and love it. pick a place that you are bound to pass on your way home from work. it makes it easier to go.
