What gym are you a member of?

I need a new gym, something close to home, that has a great class schedule.

I live in Deer Park, and work in West Babylon.

i live in baldwin and my sister just joined synergy in baldwin harbor this afternoon


I usually take the morning or evening classes...I went on Sunday to the high intensity kickbox class and threw my back out OMG! Does it hurt! I hope to be back at the gym soon though.

Neither of these have great class schedules, but they're in West Babylon, one is Synergy in the Pathmark shopping center on Montauk Highway. The other is World Gym on Little East Neck Road next to the Salvation Army. I go to the World Gym, it's cheap, and I also belong to NYSC in the city.

I grew up near there, went to Fitness Insentive in babylon Village, I now belong to Bally's they have great classes

at least there's 2 bally's members... Do you take any group classes @ lake grove? Are they good....
