I used to get promotional e-mails and coupons for free shipping or $20 off an $80 purchase all the time and now the e-mails just show what's 'new'. Anyone know what happened to the coupons?

Re: What happened to J. Crew coupons?
Maybe, like everywhere else, they're cutting back on costs...they just revised their return policy too and it seems like its going to be harder to return things. They're just not being as generous as in the past I guess????

It seems weird that on their Fall Sale page they have a disclaimer that states that you can't use coupons or other promotions on sale items, but I haven't seen a coupon since last spring. Maybe I should write to customer service.
