did u meet w/the bm again? did u meet your maitre'd? did you tip? do they serve ALL the food in the menu?

NRC does a big tasting for several couples and their families. Our BM came by and spoke with us for a bit, and our maitre'd came and introduced himself.
They had two tables set up with some of the passed hor d'oerves. Then they served us a few different selections from the CH stations, salads, and one chicken, one fish, and one steak dish. They also gave us gravy boats with all of the different sauces to try. It wasn't nearly all the food we got at the wedding, or everything we had to choose from, but it gave us a great idea of what we wanted.
We tipped the waiters at the end of the night.

We got to chose 3 apps, 3 salads and 3 entrees. There was us and 4 other people. They served up 1 per couple and we got to try the house wines and champagne. After we left I felt bad bc we didnt tip.
