Mine had to be about a year ago when my FMIL was saying she didn't like the idea of a holiday theme and that she wouldn;t do it that way. I said 'That's why you didn't have it at your wedding, Fortunately this is my wedding and I get to do it MY WAY'
God that felt good!

Mine was def when I was gown searching. My mother had a moment of supidity, and the gown we both once loved, she was describing as 'It's nice, I guess.' I completely freaked out and said, 'Great. That's just how I want to look on my wedding day - nice, I guess.' There were other Brides and moms in there, and I think they all thought I was a complete beotch.

I had to dismiss my FIRST cousin off my line because she refused to wear black. I haven't spoken to her in months

I don't think I've had a true bridezilla moment yet, but I've come close. Every time I get that feeling like I want to totally explode at someone (usually FH) I come to the boards instead.

I have had several isolated Bridezilla moments. Wedding planning isn't too bad, but there are moments when I fixate on something and stress about it. My FI doesn't understand why I am so stressed, so I end up feeling like a lunatic. Then, he teases me and calls me a Bridezilla and I flip out!!!

Same here....except the first time it was my brother who called me a bridezilla, but looking back on it, I can see I was being a biatch.

For me.. dealing with my moh.. constantly reminding her that the deposit is due for the BM dresses. To this day, she still hasn't put a deposit down
i know how you feel.
i put the deposit down for my BM who did not pay b/c it was almost too late - I don't have alot of money but i wanted her in my party and know she didn't pay b/c she just didnt have the money - i didnt tell her, i had the salon tell her everything was taken care of and not release by who, i didnt want to embarrass her.
my most bridezilla moment was i've been crying over silly things - i'm not the crying type of girl and i've been doing it alot!! and i've spent more money than i originally planned.

Hum lets see...
1. I yelled at FH for telling someone it was OK to buy something off our registry for Christmas
2. I kept pestering FH to pester his mom to get the guest list done
3. I email my sister constantly about how I cannot decide on a BM color
4. I yelled at FH in fortunoff for not being excited about registering
Poooor FH. I'm not proud

I think it is so funny that it seems so many of us had issues with FMIL getting us the guest list! It took mine about 10 months and then when I got the list a bunch were missing addresses and only had first initials, not names. Also, I practically lost it when his side kept pushing me more or less to have his cousin has my flower girl when I already decided not to have any kids in the wedding.

So far..I yelled at my mother on the way to a dress appointment for making me get off at the wrong exit. It was the right exit by the way.

When FH, FMIL and I were talking about when to mail out our invitations and what the reponse date should be. They both wanted the response date to be 3 weeks before the wedding. I kept saying 4 weeks, they kept saying 3. Then they looked at books and *they* all said 3 weeks. Well, I may have freaked out a little bit and I was finally like 'I'm sorry but I will not bend on this! It has to be 4 weeks!!!'
BRIDEZILLA RAAARRRRRRRRR!!!!
I am going to have to agree with YOU on this one especially since my wedding is three weeks away from today and we havent received back almost 20 responses. At least with that extra week, you can give them an unspoken 'grace period' and then make your phone calls (though I personally gave up - screw em - don't come!) . You'd be surprised how inconsiderate people can be. They dont realize it isnt always about a headcount. Catering halls are more than happy to add people last minute - no big deal. But couples have to make their table arrangements and have place cards made up too. You shouldnt have to do that last minute as it can be one of the most frustrating and aggravating processes involved in planning.

We met with our DOC and RSVP's came up. I flat out REFUSE to call to ask for RSVP's from ANYONE. I put too much effort into picking out invites, mailing them out EARLY enough for everyone to make flight and/or hotel arrangements (blocked rooms) and I put stamps on the RSVP cards in addition to walking everything to the post off to mail.
It takes seconds to check yes/no and drop it back in the mail. There is a space for them to write names but they are numbered so I know who sent in which RSVP.
FH plans to make the calls since he is one who would probably hold on to an RSVP or forget to mail it. he may enlist the bridal party to call but I refuse to make calls to run down anyone.
If they call me to RSVP, I will accept that but I am not making more of an effort than I have already made with the whole RSVP issue. Even my grandma says not to make the calls.
If someone shows up who did not RSVP and therefore is not on the alphabatized list we need to turn in to the hall (which means no table assigned), FH says we should be accommodating As if all the effort we have already made is not accommodating enough
