What have you guys booked so far? OR what have you started to look for. I feel like I am behind. All I have done is booked my RH, and we have the place for our E-party. I figured after the holidays I wanted to start pricing things out. Think I should start sooner? ahhh

We booked the
DJ Limos Florist Church Photographers and RH
We booked in advance because our wedding date is the day before a holiday. Believe it or not but my DJ already had 4 weddings booked for my day and they only do 6 weddings a day and my florist is booked for my wedding day only so he Will only be doing my flowers and setting up at the RH. We wanted to get also everything else on of the way so all we had to do is pay monthly installments to the wedding acct and way it be paid off before 2011.

All I have to do with major vendors is book my florist and find a dress. I still want to look into a DOC because I dont want to know a THING the day of.

We have booked RH and band.. we are not looking @ photographers and then moving on to flowers.
Dresses, makeup, hair, limo, hotel, etc.. I won't really start looking at until this spring.. hopefully thats OK?!

It depends they all ask different prices but FYI make sure that what is written in the contract is what they are coimg by because we went to a limo company and they want 50% of the deposit on signing the contract but when I was reading the terms and conditions it said I only had to give 30%. What the *****! So I pointed it out and long story cut short got My end of the wedding nite pick up Limo for FREE .

you are farther along than we are! we only jsut booked the RH and dont have a place for our e party yet, or anything else done! oh wait - we booked the church too! Forgot about that!

wow I thought I was doing good lol we have the RH DJ the e-party place a professional camara for the e pix and parties and we just got the wedding bands. We will look for the photographer and flowers after the holidays then the limo and dresses. Oh and im making my own centerpieces got the main part just need 2 other things.

Church RH Flowers MC/DJ
we are in the process of meeting with photographers and then we will meet with limo companies. I think I will look for my invites around may, 2010 and my dress in the fall of 2010.

We have the RH, DJ, and Photog booked - I'm betting that you're fine though, it's usually more important to book so far in advance when you're on a holiday weekend, as someone said.
I've heard that since 4/15 is income tax day, many people stray away from that date (we were considering it, so some RHs mentioned that), so I'm betting you'll be just fine to do the rest of your planning after the holidays. Oh, and that's my parents' anniversary! Although they were too young to know that it was tax day at the time!!

We just booked our band last week and I got my dress last week as well. We are going to take a break for a while and then do limos. Although I want to start looking into make-up.

I am one month before you and I have done... e-party invites and menu Registry Church RH dress (this weekend) photographer(today) I have picked out a florist, but not booked ...after the holidays I will get more serious.

The only vendor booked so far is the RH.
- Taken E-Pics
- Order and received our STD's (won't be sending these out until May 2010).
- as soon as there is a really good sale on Shutterfly, I am going to be ordering our guestbook using our E-Pics.
- Designed our DIY Pocketfold Invitations, Menus, Seating Chart, Photo Upload Cards, and place Cards. Not going to order supplies for all of these until I get a final guestlist (it's still in the works).
- Going to start to figure out the design for our wedding programs.
Vendors we are looking to book in early 2010: - Church - Photographer
Everything else I am going to wait until the year mark or a little before.
