what have you done if you didnt reach your minimum?
Looks like I will not be reaching my minimin at Jericho Terrace. I will be under by about 12 people. What have you ladies done if this has happened? Did you get things thrown in? If so, what? Or did they just let you take those meals home? Thanks

Some places will lower your minimum by a few. Also, you could feed your vendors with a guest priced meal - then at least you are only losing half the money.
