What hobbies does your SO have that sometimes come before you?

I am definitely a football widow. DH leaves the house about noon and usually isn't back until 10pm. He's the worst with football, because thye have a 'no girls allowed' rule, but he's like this with most sports. Fortunately for me, I like sports so we can watch together. He starting to take up golf and I keep telling him he has to take me with him because I refuse to be left home for another one of his 'hobbies.'

D&D (dungeons and dragons)

Mondays and every other Sunday -- DH leaves the house at 11am -- and I don't see him again until I wake up as he comes to bed at 2am (or worse). If we get together socially with his game buddies -- off they go into never never land.

I'm glad I get along with most of the other girls!!

It's not entirely bad though. He get's to go and do the men thing. I get to shave my legs (and do other girly things) in peace.

FH is in a bowling league...The winter is the worst bc he does it twice a week...Monday is with his father & tuesday is with the guys....I don't mind though....He can relieve his stress from work!

The gym and studying..I guess those are both good things..I'd rather it be that than anything else..

Yes, we usually coordinate my LIW time with Anthony's car/website time so that it all doesn't get in the way of our mutual 'free time'

we make it a point to spend most of our free time together, and only do our 'hobbies' when the other one is busy

sometimes i'm a surf widow but usually, when it's warm, i go along and sit on the beach! occasionally I'm a video game widow too but not that often!

Music! He is a DJ and he also produces his own stuff....so sometimes that can get pretty time consuming.

not really a hobby.. but he owns a record label.. so anything related to record labels.. unless of course he needs my help.

Same as Sasha96, I am a surf widow too! I'm all for the beach (can you tell by my name) so I'll go with him sometimes, but not at 5 a.m.!

Same here. I work 2-3 nights a week DJing. My FW has learned to deal with it.

Besides... I usually just end up buying her goodies like new clothes with the money I make anyways. She also just got a new Jeep... so she ain't complaining.
