I am following the flex plan still so here it goes
Breakfast-
24 Vanilla Creme mini wheats (3) with 1/2 a cup of FF milk (1) = 4 points
Lunch-
4 oz. of Boar's Head maple glazed Turkey Breast (2)
1 bag of cheddar WW twists (2)
Total= 4 points
Snack
2 tyson buffalo chicken strips (4) with 2 tbsp. of light BC dressing (2)
Total= 6 points
Dinner=
3/4 cup Honey Bunches of Oats Cereal (2) with 1/2 cup of FF milk (1)
Total= 3 points
Grand total so far = 17 points
I have 3 points left for dessert or snack - maybe a WW chocolate smoothie
I know it seems that I make weird meal choices, but this is really how I lost 20+ lbs- by eating what I want when I want in moderation!
how do you know how much 4oz of turkey is? How many slices is that? Also, will you use any flex points today?

I had a WW shake (made with skim milk) and blended w/1 banana and 1/2 cup strawberries (5.5 points)
1 peach (1 point)
2 WW English muffins (2 points)
popcorn (2 points)
then FI and I had an early dinner of PIZZA and salad (with feta cheese) (ugh - 21 points?!).... so I wound up with a grand total of
31.5 - I used 9.5 flex points..... Thank God my new week starts tomorrow (and I've been going to the gym all week).

I don't do the core plan. I count points only. I have 20 points. So I just had my last 3 points - I made hot chocolate out of the weight watcher chocolate smoothie which is SO yummy and counts as two servings of dairy!
As for Turkey, I used my food companion. 2 oz. of boar's head turkey breast, maple glazed is 2 points and I had double that, so it was 4 points.

Thanks, I have a hard time figuring out how many slices of deli meat we can have. LOL I do only points as well. Do you ever use the extra 35 points we are allowed for the week? Or do you stick to only the 20 points per day?

I use my 35 points on the weekend. I WI on Saturday mornings and treat myself on weekends to foods that are too high in points to eat during the week. This has worked well for me in the past. Now that I am a lifetime member and gained a few pounds that I am trying to lose again, I am not sure it will work for me again- I will let you know after my weigh in on Sat. (this past Sat. was my first week back attending meetings and Weighing in)

I weigh my cold cuts on a food scale. That is the only accurate way to know how how much you are eating since slices vary by brand and the cutter of the cold cuts. Boar's Head is the lowest in points.
