What I love about wedding Planning-

- My Family is so into the idea that I am getting married.

- They have given suggestions and ideas,, but do not force things on me.

- when I say 'yes I am getting married' people smile. (I know I made the right choice)

- My friends and Bridesmaids have offered so much support and love over the past year that I am lucky we value each other so much.

- I have met so many great people via this site, and also vendors who are accomodating and respectful.

- I have realized what is importand to me and FH. We agree on so much more than I thought we would (as in wedding ideas). We are totally on the same page

- Even though the guest list has grown, along with the budget.

I would not have it any other way!!!!

That is my sappy ode to my wedding! I have so much love and good vibes since the start of the year.. I wanted to share!!

I would be lying if I said I didn't love it all...except how costly things can get

I love wedding planning because:
I know at the end of it I am marrying the love of my life.
I know that after it I will be going to Hawaii!
FH and I have so many new inside jokes.
It was fun seeing some really cheezy dj's at a brooklyn showcase.
I bought a gorgeous dress!
We know what is important -- the fact that we are getting married, and I seriously am not sweating the small stuff. We don't have a Rabbi (ok, that's not small), florist, and basically all the stuff other than the RH, DJ, and photog, and we are OK! We will do it.
I found this site and got some great advice from some very smart and sensitive gals.

And now I need to leave for work in 6 minutes.
