What if...

Re: What if...

OMG...this kind of happened to me...but I was the other woman, and I didn't know that he had a gf, and I don't know if the gf knew or not. I think the gf did know though and just accepted it, because that's what guido bastids do. It was well known in the circle at school what was going on, and stupid me was the only one that was clueless.

I actually did run into the two of them together the following year, but it was still at school and it was an organized meeting for our two clubs. We didn't say boo to each other, me and him...I actually spoke to the girl only, because I had to, stunadt was literally banging his head into the table. Mature? Of course, what else would you expect from a cheating bastid? I can't help but wonder if the girl knew...I know for a fact everyone else in the room did. It was quite possibly the most uncomfortable situation I've ever been in in my life.

If I ran into them now though, if they're even still together, these 3 or 4 years later...I don't know. I'd like to think I wouldn't say or do anything...but I've got a crazy temper and I'm sitting here shaking just remembering it and I'm starting to get the rage blackout going on, so I don't know if I actually wouldn't fly off the handle.

I'm sorry if this didn't help you at all, but just know that you're not alone in situations like these

That poor girl, how could she not suspect something?? That being said, I would just leave it alone and tell him to stop emailing/contacting me.

this is just me but.......
if he emails you soooooo much and you see this 'girl' all the time i would print out every email and start a nice little folder and say as a gift here you go
just thought you might like to know about someone

once a cheater chances are always a cheater

thats just me though a normal person would prob let it slide

Re: What if...

well..fh works in town buildings and sees this all the time...its quite disgusting.... guys pretend they get calledin to do ot and they are really having hookers at the local firehouse....this is what happens and not for nothing but the wives who have no clue about where their men are all hours of the night...they are pretty dumb if ya ask me. i am not saying that everyone that has been sheated on deserves it...but come on....there are signs and some women just ignore them...whether its because they are afraid to be alone or they are just too blind to see it.... If it was me...stranger or not...I'd want you to tell me....but thats just me.

you say you'd ruin a life...but if you ask me...its already ruined....and then what happens when she has a child... I am not saying that you should go track this chick down and tell her but in some situations....it IS the righ thing to do...think about your own lives....if i was sleeping with your fh...would you still marry him?

I don't know how she didnt see it.. he was with me so much since he was 'dating' two people at once so I always wonder why she didnt want to know where he was or something like that.... and the worst part is I didnt even track her down or anything. I totally forgot about it and then all of a suden today SURPRISE surprise.. there she was

If it were the opposite would you want to know?

I would totally tell. Who knows if he's still cheating and picking up diseases and making a fool out of her. I would definitely want to know if I were her.

I would block him from emailing me and not even bother with any of them.

I wouldn't say anything and let it be; and be glad that I was smart enough not to waste any more time on such a loser. JMO.

In my case, it was the opposite...I was the other woman, but he stayed with the GF. I'm so happy that I found out what he was doing after it had happened. I had my suspicions what had happened after he abruptly stopped seeing me, and it wasn't until the next semester in the school year that I was told what actually happened. I'll always be thankful to the person who told me. He's since moved back to his home state across the country, and we've lost touch some after we both got engaged, and even though I know I'll probably never speak to him or see him again, I'll always be grateful that he told me what was going on, because now at least I know that it wasn't my fault and I can learn from it and hope to teach others from my experience.

I know it's not the same situation, because I wasn't the 'main' girlfriend being cheated on and he's not married to me now (thank GOD for small miracles!), but I don't know. I feel so bad for this girl, and I feel bad for you, sometimes I swear, I HATE men. The @$$ holes like these make it so hard for the good ones like our FHs.

I honestly wouldnt know what to say, or if to say anything. She's got to have some type of gut instinct telling her something. Women sometimes turn a blind eye to things like that.

I have one thing only to say about men who cheat-greedy bastids!

I have no idea because unfortunately there is no 'owners manual' for something like this but I think i was the other girl too and she was the 'main gf'.. Its so sad.. some men are such pricks. When he told me about her i was like 'see ya' so you know what he did?? He found ANOTHER girl to cheat on her with and someone I was friends with.. MEN. I totally dont even care anymore I just feel so guilty for not giving this girl the warning that she deserves.. but I just cant do it...so i guess for now I am not going to...but apprently we have alot in common and i am bound to run into her alot more so its going to drive me nuts forever. I really hope for her sake he is a changed man....(totally doubt it)

anyhow I am not going to say anything but I just wanted to see what you would all do in that situation.

Abso-freakin-loutly!!!!! However, not all people would want to know. It is possible on some level she already knows and is choosing to ignore all the signs. If I considered this person a friend of mine or someone I cared about, I would tell them. If it was some random girl though I would leave it be. Some people just rather live their lives not knowing and I know tons of people who take this approach in thier own lives!
