I don't know. After planning for more than 2 years, I'm not letting issues like that ruin the day. On the other hand, a big pimple on my face would definitely make me cry, but that is why I booked with a great makeup artist!

I'd say it really depends...
If it was baked by a loved one, I'd display it because it's the thought that counts. I'd then pray it tastes better than it looks But if it was from a professional 'baker' that I paid for, then I'd demand a refund!

I'd take pics to get my money back, then not display it and only bring it out for the cutting, and quickly back in the kitchen! (by the way, I've never been able to see the cake during the cutting, because usually you are in your seat and can't get a good view)

well im a baker and went to school for it and love baking any chance i get and if that was my wedding cake id hide it and then prob throw it in the face of the person that made it!!!
oh and ruin their career by spreading the word to people about not giving them business!! lol
