So, I'm getting bits and pieces from a few of my BMs that they're not all getting along/agreeing.
My 22 yr. old cousin is my MOH and then I have FSIL, BFF since 4th grade, and a family friend that I grew up with who lives in Massachusetts.
Seems as if the MA girl is overopioninated and a little bit b!tchy towards everyone - she's also jobless and broke, so that's not making it easier on the other girls.
I don't want to know anything about my shower or bachelorette party, but I'm worried that they're going to be a disaster based on what I'm hearing.
Any advice?

Re: What if you hear inter-BM conflicts going on?
They are all adults and you have your own stress and 1,000 other things to worry about. IMO this is a job for your MOH.
I would tell her your concerns and ask that she try to resolve the issues to ensure peace. Perhaps she can plan a meeting or a phone conference or draft an email so that everyone can express themselves. Once everyone puts everything on the table, maybe they can reach a compromise and move forward.
They all said yes and agreed to be apart of your special day so maybe they just have to put their own issues aside and just work together to make things work.
If the above fails, maybe you may have to revisit things and reevaluate your party members? I hate to say it but 1 bad apple spoils the bunch. I couldn't imagine being jobless and still have to contribute to all the wedding plans. Maybe you should offer her an out and just say that you understand and wont be upset if she opts not to be a BP member OR offer to lessen her contributions and pay for some things? ........
it is a fine balance between keeping peace, appeasing a group of women all while being politically correct AND trying to KEEP friends!

I'd stay out of it and let them work it out on their own. You have enough to worry about. Eventually they'll learn to put you first and forget their arguments.

I agree. I heard about a little something and I just said to myself that they'll figure it out, they are all adults.

LOL I was in the same boat as you! My sisters and cousins make up my bridal party and 1 friend that the others didn't know. that one friend took it upon herself to run the shower and the planning. my MOH (sister) was offended as it's her job to organize the shower. Everyone was getting annoyed about this girl and my MOH told me how she was getting the others angry. i spoke to the others and they all agreed that she was being annoying. 2 of them almost dropped out because of it. And all of this was just over plans for the shower!!! I sent out an email to the girls just telling them that i heard about some 'friction' going on and that I wanted it to stop. and that it's supposed to be a fun and enjoyable time for all.....etc. I'm guessing it worked- i havn't heard about any other problems.
