its a vacuum - supposed to be one of the better ones - and they are kind of expensive

ive said it a lot but i ownd 2 and they both lost suction and i returned them
thats their big selling point though
they are never supposed to lost suction
and they go for betwen $399-$600

We registered for one at BBB, that way if we have a problem with ours we can return it. I really hope we don't have a problem! We have 2 cats, plan to get a dog, and I shed more than anyone.
Our current vaccuum has broken and been traded in for a new of the same model 3x in < 2 years. I cant wait to have a vaccuum that actually works.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I bought mine off of Ebay as refurbished and have never had any problems. I've had it for 3 years now...the purple one....LOVE IT! No messy bags to deal it. You just click a button and it's in the garbage....GOOD BYE, DIRT!
