I had a cake made of Fenway Park for our RD for a groom's cake. Traditionally a groom's cake is choclate, since traditional wedding cakes are white. They are served at the wedding, along side of the wedding cake. Often, they are designed in something that the groom really loves such as a hobby.

I'm originally from Tx. and in Tx a groom's cake is usually german chocolate cake. Delicious! It is served at the same time as the wedding cake.
