What is a must when registering??

When it's time to register next month, no matter if it's a boy or girl, what are some necessities or little things that should be put on the list, besides the obvious...stroller..etc.

Also, should I register for a carseat for when the baby gets older or should I just buy that on my own?

Lots of bibs, burp cloths, onesies, receiving blankets, pacifiers (some take to it and some don't) and teething rings.
We registered for the Baby Papasan and Alyssa was in that thing a lot. It looked like she was so comfortable.
