So what is everyone snacking on and cooking today?? I bought sooo much for the weekend. I am gonna gain like 100 pounds!!
I had a huge tuna sandwich on rye with cheese doodles for lunch and im making roast beef, mashed potatoes, corn and crescent rolls for dinner. I am making brownies for dessert!
I have so many diff types of cheese and crackers, donuts, chips, popcorn, salsa, cold cuts, chicken cutlets, hotdogs, mac and cheese, cookies...yummy!!!!!!!!
What about you? LOL

Tonight probably some baked perdue chicken cutlets with the side dishes in a box from green giant or birds eye. Mozzarella sticks.

We had friends over for dinner last night, so I made lasagna. We'll have leftovers tonight (along w/ a yummy chocolate cake). Tomorrow I might make a gool ol' meatloaf w/ Red Bliss potatoes, etc...

I am making beef stew tomorrow- Tonight we are having veggie soup.
We went to the supermarket and I bought Pillsbury Buttermilk biscuits, oreos ( double stuff), pretzels and microwave popcorn. Did someone say PMS?

dh and i have this snack that is so deadly, it is reserved for snow days. basically, you take a waffle or two and toast it. then spread peanut butter on it. then put come chocolate chips on top and stick in the microwave until the chips melt and then add a touch of ice cream and top with another waffle...wow!

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! That sounds heavenly! I just checked to see if I had all of that stuff and the only thing I am missing is ice cream! Guess where DH is going now?!?? LOL

I'm here by myself for the next 24-28 hours so I'm trying to keep myself occupied and have the gravy ready for DH when he comes back from work.

this morning I had hot cereal when Dh got home I had chinese food. ice for dessert peanutbutter swirl.
tomorrow Hot cereal again lunch tomoato soup and a lean cuisine meal dinner i haven't decided it.
