i need some suggestions for a really great book. i have some time off from school for the winter and really wanna get into a good read...but i have no idea where to start...

so far so good. it was a little hard to get into the way she was writing it, instead of gramatically correct she writes the book like an old southern black women. im about 100 pages in and its great!

I'm obsessed with David Sedaris and Augustin Burroughs (sp?). Apparently I love to read short stories and essays by gay men with a dry sense of humor.

YESSSS she is a friggin riot. I always get her books when im at the airport and finish them on the plane
