what is everyone reading these days

i need some suggestions for a really great book. i have some time off from school for the winter and really wanna get into a good read...but i have no idea where to start...

The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo is a really good book. I read all three and loved them all.. It may take a chapter or two to get into it, but after that you will be hooked

Cutting stone is also another great book.

Pillars of the earth is one of my all time and other boleyn girl are two of my fav's

What kinds of books are you into?

I loveddd the something borrowed series! I just finished reading the chelsea handler books which are hilarious. I am mid-way through Mount Allegro (a friend recommended) and love it so far.

The something borrowed series is great, too! Water for Elephants was good as well.

And we can't have a book recommendation thread without mentiong the Sookie Stackhouse series, Twilight, and Harry Potter!

I am reading the Camel Club books by David Baldacci (im reading them backwards unintentionally, but they are still good!)

Just finished the girl with the dragon tattoo and LOVED it! I have the girl who kicked the hornets nest downloaded on my kindle, so thats next!

I'm on book 4 or 5 of the immortals after dark series (according to b&n and borders its book 4, but according to the author its book 5- i missed her book 1)

i can't freaking wait for the next bdb and midnight breed books!

The Memory Daughters Keeper.

I am also a fan of books that have movies made:
Time Travelers Wife
The lovely bones
My sisters keeper
Confessions of a shopaholic

I can't promise the movies are all that good, but the books were great!

I am adding this to my nook wish list!

I just finished Medium Raw by Anthony Bourdain and I loved it!!!

Now I'm going to try for the fourth time to get through Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

My favorite book of all time which no one mentioned is Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides
I also love Pillars of the Earth and World without End!
