I really want something more old school traditional like our parenst had but can't seem to find any....if not then we will prob just do flowers
Have you tried ebay? I saw some beautiful vintage Bride and Groom cake figures. There is such a charm to a 1930s cake topper. They have some really nices ones. Go take a look.

We're not having anything on top of the cake but this will be on the cake table.
That was my cake topper too. I love it!

This was tough! I didn't want a bride and groom since they really don't make any that look like us and we couldn't afford to have one custom made. So I came across this, thought it was pretty, and grabbed it!
Oooo, Cindy, I bought that one yesterday!!!!

Re: What is everyone using for a Cake Topper??
Just found someone who will make custom mades on ebay. This is a picture of a sample on ebay...I am also including our pets
I have no clue yet - my friend was supposed to make us one, but he never did it before, and he's freaking out - he's a professional artist and can make anything, but he's a total perfectionist, so we'll see what happens...

He does.... I met him at Island Rock in Plainview. I think I want to hire the photographer an extra hour so we can go there to take pics. I think it would be AWESOME. Our parents will freak, but who cares?!?!?!!?

We are having some flowers and frosted grapes on top of ours, really pretty but not too over done.
