I actually didn't want to do gifts b/c I would rather spend it on the wedding but FH is so into it. Which is cute but I don't know what he should get me. I am getting him golf clubs but not sure what I want or need. Any ideas?

Dave got me Hermione's earrings from the Yule Ball. (Harry Potter)
I was moved because he came up with the idea all on his own (i normally have to hit him in the head with an idea for him to get it).
I wound up wearing them in my second hole at the wedding and LOVE them!!!
Some people do gifts. I actually never knew that either but everyone of our friends that have been married in the last 3-4 years keep asking what we are doing. I thought I was the only one who never heard of that! I too thought the wedding was our gift (well my gift to him....lol...he isnt putting in as much as me!). Thanks!

Okay - what about getting him a couple of golf clubs or personalized golf balls....or even some golf club topper thingies that have some sort of personalization on them...

i am getting him a breitling watch which he knows about since he already picked it out - i have no idea what he is getting me though - he really doesnt have to get me anything at all because he is paying for almost the entire wedding - im not even sure what i would want i rather him save the money and write me a love letter or something like that

FH wants an oceanus watch and i want diamond earrings, but budget wise we will see as we get closer, we may need to cut back and this will be the 1st things to go or down grade

My fh bought a french cuff (???) shirt w/o realizing it, so he needs cufflinks. I told him I'd buy him some as a wedding present and he was like, 'I didn't know we were supposed to get each other anything!' lol
I really have no idea if we'll actually get each other a gift or not.
