What is FH getting you for a wedding present?

FI asked me yesterday what I want and I have no idea...what is everyone else getting?

he's having my Grandmother's stone made into a necklace for me. She passed away in December, and I asked him for this. For obvious sentimental reasons, or I wouldn't have told him anything he wanted I would love.

We agreed to chip in and buy something we've both wanted for a while: a digital videocamera. So that is our gift to each other!

OHHHH thats a good idea lunatrek!!! i told him i wanted to register for one (everytime i say i want something, i just go 'we'll just register for it!' haha ...) I would much rather have something we can use for the rest of our lives than a piece of jewelry that i won't wear (not big on fancy jewelry, i prefer costume

)

mv-how special. I had a necklace I wear all the time that is made from a stone that was in one of my grandma's rings. It is so special to me!!! That's awesome!

DH and I had said no gifts did not think it was necessary but he surprised me with a diamond/baguette bracelet that I love!!!! I had always eyed them but never thought I would actually ever own one!!! I love it! HEHE - but now I tell him I want the neclace to match - doubt I'll ever get that maybe in 25 years! LOL

Not really sure yet, we have been kicking around ideas. Since my e ring was my moms ring,(she has passed on) he was thinking of getting me a diamond wedding band. We are spending a lot for the wedding and paying for everything ourselves.

we weren't going to get each other anything...we thought we spent so much on the wedding and HM...that that was present enough...but we ended up coming back from the HM saying that we wanted a puppy!! so thats what we got for each other
