Oh he has four Onofrio's in his family and it goes all the way back to Italy (they are from Bari) and it's a family name so they passed it on a lot. I call his Uncle-- Uncle Onnie for short![]()

hehe!! i never thought about it in the beginning-- until i came home and all my cousins and friends were over and i'm like oh i met this guy vinny and they were like oh here we go!!! does he drive a trans am? i'm like are you kidding?? does he wear a golds gym sweatshirt? and you guys have NO idea-- my Vinny is SOOOO not like that!! he is just a nice guy-- WHY ON EARTH do people think like that?!! Ha, I hear you. My family goes at the other angle ... FH's father if 100% Italian, and I told my parents that FH's dad's name was Bernadino, and they were like 'Whoa! Bernadino ... what does he do for a living? Lay cement?' I got the same flack for one of my exes, whose name was Giuseppe ... Of course they're kidding, but still!
