Welll - I don't have too much of a choice....I went back not too long ago to try on my dress and.....It Wouldn't Zip!!!!! No Big Macs for Naynay!!! At least I have till September!!!

i have to be good today, i was soooo bad all week- pizza, a couple bags of pretzels & beer

Now I want mcdonalds....

But I am going home for lunch and having an apple with some peanut butter and a banana. I will have a yogurt around 3. I am going out to dinner tonight so I am trying to be very good. I also went to the gym yesterday and am going tomorrow, really getting into it, and when I eat bad I feel like I undo all the good I do at the gym, so it stops me from eating badly. at least during the week.
