A guy was found walking around campus with a rifle...it was said he had a bag full of AMMO! I went there and I called my best friend who just so happened to be on campus and she said it was craazy!
I do not know what to think I was just scared hearing about it I couldnt imagine being there!
For some reason today I took the Grand Central home instead of the LIE and I passed St John (before I knew what was going on). There were cops and cop cars ALL over but the strange thing was that I saw cars going into a parking lot... I was thinking why are they letting people in if something bad is going on. It looked like the cops were all just hanging out outside the campus, no one looked panicked or anything. Strange, right? My prayers are with all of those students/staff who can't leave yet. I hope that one guy they caught was the only one and those people are all safe.

Ok my other friend actually passed the one gunman n said the gun was sticking out of the bag and he stopped as she passed him to fix the gun inside of the bag and that the gun was huge.

OMG, that is so crazy that she saw that. Your friend is lucky that she is okay. Actually, EVERYONE there is lucky that this incident didn't turn out worse than it was!!!

As an alumni I was so scared bc I have many other friends that still go there. Its was so scary and upsetting.
