(depending which restaurant you go to - its called different things - onion peels, blooming onion, etc) but its orange and fantyastic! i love it and would love to make or buy it!!

you could make it.. I did a search and came up with the following

Outback Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons ketchup
2 teaspoons creamed horseradish
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
1 dash black pepper
1 dash cayenne

Dipping sauce
Blend everything together well and let sit for 2 hours-refrigerated- or overnight.

they have hidden valley spicy ranch now and its great and tastes similar to the restaurant stuff
