the ONE thing?! he's practically my wedding planner...he picked the invites, church, officiant, limos, dj, centerpieces..i could go on and on...of course i have the power of veto, and i'm so happy with everything, and i love having a fh that is so involved and helpful

Playing Nothing Else Matters by Metallica. It was the first song he put on a mix tape when we did a long distance relationship. We are going to be introduced as Hubby and wife to that song in the background!!!!!
We're so having that song played at our wedding! I love it! My all time favorite classic! FH used to play it for me all the time when we first started dating.

My FH wanted every man in the BP (even our sons) to have matching tuxes and black Terminator sun glasses. I said fine, but the glasses must come off during the ceremony, introductions, and they can take a picture or two in the glasses, but the rest without. It was a compromise.

his major request: my dress has to be WHITE, not ivory, pearl etc...pure white
he also had his heart set on getting a certain DJ but they were booked so we had to go with choice #2

My crazy DH insisted on:
---An ice luge--and the deal was that I also got an ice sculpture of my choosing--as if we have so much money to be spent on stuff that melts.
---photo montages and his choice of videographer (not that I disagreed).
--putting a large part of the floral budget into the chuppah, because if what it symbolizes.

Nothing besides wanting to pick out the cake together. Oh, and he wants our first song to be Lenny Kravitz screaming 'American Woman, Stay Away From Me'. He thinks he's funny since he's not originally from the U.S.

Get outa here..... us too!! We couldn't make up our minds if we would use it as our first dance, but we knew somehow that song has to be incorporated itno our wedding, so we deicede to have it play as we are first introduce.

He doesn't care as long as it doesn't cost too much! The only thing he asked for was that the wedding cake have at least 2 layers of yellow cake with white frosting . . . I figured that I could accomodate him on that one
