what is one thing you have to work on when you get married

i have to work on my cleaning skills i have a cleaning lady now because i still live at home so she comes every 2 weeks its lovely
but when i get married i will be doing my own cleaning.....
exspecially putting away clothes and folding clothes i hate that for some reason.....

baking...i can cook just havent baked much, but when i have baked it came out great so thats a positive sign lol

my organization and time issues - i like everything to be a certain way and i have a VERY strict schedule I follow every morning and I have to get over it bc obviously I can't expect FH to follow MY schedule bc I am a crazy person lol we will have to compromise with shower times and how things are kept etc.

well i need a new job so I can get home at a reasonable hour to cook dinner. I need to work on folding clothes and putting them away...I do tons of laundry because FH is a plumber and his clothes get filthy and he goes through at least 2 outfits a day and then has loungearound the house clothes too. I have a giant pile of clean clothes on my burreau that needs to be folded and put away

HE needs to work on emptying his pockets and taking his belt off his dirty pants, putting his clothes in the hamper instead of on the floor, not collecting dirty cups or bottles on his side table...and cleaning the sink after he shaves.

i definitely have to focus on cleaning more. i've gotten very lazy since i found LIW, my poor house is suffering

cooking and fixing things around the house.

I always wait for him to fix a clogged drain or a squeaky step etc. I should just learn how to do it!

COOKING! i don't really know how to cook to much besides chicken, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, tuna fish, cake, cookies, brownies, um and pasta haha

my fh is going to be fat and hate me for it

The same for me. My Mom always cooks for us. FH keeps telling me to take lessons from her.

Living at home spoils you b/c that is what a mommy is for

I am sure i will be fine, but the cooking is what makes me nervous......

ugh, i have to become more domestic. I lived on my own for a while and was good, but now that we like with fh's family, his mom does everything! I am totally spoiled. I dont cook, clean, do laundry...nada! im so lazy!

oh yeah definitely have to work on cooking - i can make some great recipes and they come out great BUT i use like twice the number of pots and pans that i am supposed to and it takes like three times the amount of time. . . when my mom was away i tried to make her 'i have no time to cook' dinners and seriously, it turned into a three hour culinary marathon and i used every pot in the house

stuff my mom makes in 15 minutes and in one pot -but thats okay bc my mom always tells me how when she came to America they like 'discovered' the BBQ and she made my dad hamburgers every day until my dad had to beg her to stop

saving. we both love the best in life...we've been saving so far bc of a wedding lol but after- the challenge is harder...we want that 4 bedroom house etc but i think it would be hard to work on tryin to discipline ourselves with saving loot. but bc i've changed my ways i think it may be a easy?
