about Casa De Mario. I went all the way there this weekend to look for my shoes. I went with my friend there and we walked in and it took someone at least 10 minutes to come out. The store was completely empty!!
Fine I waited 10 minutes then when I guess the owner Mario came out he preceded to help which was good. Well the shoes ended up being $160 when i saw it everywhere else for $125 and even $116. So i was like oh no I am sorry I cant buy these here I have seen these shoes everywhere else for much cheaper..
So he began to bargain with me ....HE says 140..I was no its still to high.. I did try the shoes on so I can just buy them online but I didnt tell him I was gonna do that.............................
Wellllllll.. He precedes to yell at me. All you girls do is come in here try the shoes on and buy them online.. You waste my time and money....dont come in here anymore... Well at that point I was like excuse me..So i changed my shoes and I wished him good luck with his store and left. What a b a s t a r d. Who are you to talk to someone like that. You are in a customer service business and your nasty like that !!
Well I found out he wasnt just nasty to me he was nasty to my friend that i went with and many other people. !!!
I did find the shoes somewhere else for much cheaper!!! I did buy the shoes but I suggest no one to go there!!! He is a horrible rude human being!!!

He shouldn't take out his bitterness on his customers!!!! When it comes down to it, weddings are too expensive to overpay for anything, including a pair of shoes! Maybe he should stay more competitive in price so that more people would actually BUY his shoes instead of just trying them on and ordering elsewhere. Hmmm, that's a novel thought, huh?

I just googled them...I look under special occasions.. That is the maker of the shoes!!
Yeah why would I pay more then I have too... I am getting drained of all my money!! O well I am never going there again

This will be an unpopular opinion, but hey, I would like to share the retailer side of this type of situation...
I am NOT defending this Mario guy, he may very well be rude, but I understand where he's coming from.
My DH owns a store. People go in there, take an HOUR of his time and get all the knowledge they can on a particular item from him and then go buy it on line. It is a SLAP IN THE FACE. The reason it's more expensive is because he pays rent, electric, phone, advertising, taking classes, carrying inventory, having employees, insurance... etc. that a huge on-line retailer may not have to pay or they live in a cheaper area... The point is - he knows he can't compete with the price of an on-line retailer - what you pay for when you walk into a shop is the PERSON, their knowledge, their expertise & being able to SEE the item. It is extremely rude to go to a store KNOWING you're going to buy it online. Just go buy it on line then & you have to take your chances. If you want the convenience of a store and having a person help you, and being to touch and/or try out the item then you will have to pay a bit more for the item.
That being said - I buy almost everything on line, but I DO NOT go into a store and test it out first, I buy it on line and take my chances.
Just something to consider... Again, I am not defending this guys actions, I just can understand what he was saying, and I certainly am not trying to say I don't buy online, because I DO!

Haha! I actually just went there this morning to buy 'just married' flip flops that I have been searching all over for (for a friend's bridal shower this weekend). When I walked in there was no one there. I paced around the store for about ten minutes before someone came out to help me. I could have robbed the place. Def. lack of customer service at that store, lol.

I bought my shoes there. I definitely did not meet the owner but whoever helped me was nice. I liked the selection.
