One has a comb that goes into your hair - i think when its up only you use one and the other one just plops on your head.

the tiara comb actually has a 'comb' on the side with picks and a tiara covers your whole head and you just place it on top.

I think it depends on how plan on wearing your hair. Sometimes people who wear their hair half up use the coms to hold their hair back. Most girls who wear all of their hair up use a tiara. But either way you can wear whichever one you like better

Re: What is the difference between......
i think some of the tiaras also come with loops at the end so you can use bobby pins to keep the tiara in place...
Here's one with the combs on the sides
Here's another with just one comb
Here's one with just the loops that you use for bobby pins
HTH!! (don't mind the styles of the tiara..i just searched for some examples of combs and stuff on google)

I totally agree. When FSIL got married she had bought her tiara after she bought her dress. But when she got her dress they switched it up on her. They gave her a newer looking dress. And the color was slightly and it didn't match her dress.
