Hello Girls~ I was just wondering if I went overboard with my flowers.. I think Fh might flip when he sees the bill... please let me know what the maximum amount is that you would spend on your flowers including house, church, hall and boq's.... TIA

Im only paying $2200 for eveything. I know that is a bit on the low side but me Fh is a frequent customer for years so we got a good deal. But i would say max about $5000. But i also know a girl who is getting married this fall and just signed for $8000. She was forced to use the hall's vendors.

I am hoping to keep it no more than a $1,000. However, this said, my hall provides my centerpieces and I am not adding too much in the church because the altar is beautiful as it is, I don't feel the need to go overboard there. I am focusing on good bouquets for me and my girls, nice corsages for people like my mom, etc. and of course the boutennaires...that's about it.
in my opinion, flowers are beautiful, but in the end, people aren't going to remember them as much... I would put the moeny towards the entertainment or photography.

Also, I have a small bridal party, so that definitely keeps your flower budget down, too!

My hall is beautiful as is it.....don't wan tto clutter with too many flowers we are getting low centerpieces with black magic roses....and LOTS of candles!
I have 1 MOH and 6 BM maybe a JBM...lots of $$ being spent right there!!!

A reasonable amount to allocate for flowers will depend ont he size of you BO, the type of CP, high or low and the number of tables with that number then i would suggest a $$amount.

wow those of u spending like 3k and up ., why??/ my FMIL used to be a florist and she said it shouldt cost more then between 1500 and 2500 depending on the size of the bridal party and the flowers you want. So far the florists that i have looked at 3 of the 4 were under or around 2,000 which is my budget and that was with tall pedastals. There is no need to spend more than that.

500, flowers are included in the hall, we are just getting different centerpeices to put them in. We are not having a bridal party, just MOH and Best Man so that will keep costs down

We are paying about $2600 for our flowers.
Which includes high CP, 2 churches, parents, grandparents and a bridal party of 18 people.

I'm spending 2100.00 but I only have a MOH and BM and 16 centerpieces, 2 alter pieces, pew bows and a bunch of stuff thrown in. Oh and my Bok

I am only paying $1500 for flowers. This is the one area that I'm actually below budget. I am going to have low centerpieces, so that makes a big difference.
