not enought for me, I los about 7 lbs but my cousin lost 20, I think it varies by person

I lost 10 on the first two weeks of South Beach which is almost the same.

I lost 4 lbs on my first two weeks of atkins. I had already lost 15lbs on WW though....Everyones body is different. There really isnt a typical weight loss amount.

thanks everyone, so far so good I have lost a few already but it could be just water weight!
