what is up with wedding shoes?

I got one pair of the shoes i ordered from my glass slipper... I LOVE THEM!! LOVE THEM LOVE THEM LOVE THEM!

BUT.... they're a size 7 1/2, which is what i ordered, thinking, ok, i am generally a 7 1/2 - 8, gotta go with one of those.

noooooooooooooooooooo they are ridiculously, ridiculously large. like ridiculously. like i may need a 6 1/2. so now i don't know whether to exchange them for a 7 or a 6 1/2.

ive ordered and returned 3 pairs of wedding shoes because they are all ridiculously large on me. i went to sports authority this weekend and now i think i went down a shoe size. unless the designers are now changing sizes so ppl think they have small feet? woo hoo now im a size 9!!

Are you dying them? Some brands shrink.... I've had 2 pairs shrink on me. I know most people don't have that problem, but for some reason, I get the ones that do. And they weren't cheap either.

yeah... whoops... i wasn't thinking about it that way - i thought at most it would be a half size off. this may be more than that. i swear my feet change size without notice!

There is a My Glass Slipper store in the city - you could probably call the store to see if they carry the shoe - and then try them on if you can get there and do an exchange right there....

FYI - I actually went into the store thinking I could return a shoe that I bought online there and they wouldn't let me... I wound up paying shipping to purchase and return 2 pairs of shoes from them. Ultimately it was a waste b/c I got my shoes from Nordstroms!

I say get the 7 and put an extra insole in it. It was a trick my mom gave me.....buy your shoes a half size bigger and put in an insole. That way, at the end of the night, when your feet are swollen from standing all day, you can take the insole out and voila! Your shoes fit again!

Dr. Scholl's....and other brands of course. But the things you put inside your shoe to make them more comfy

Sorry, I forget that most people don't have midget feet like me and can usually find shoes in their size, lol. This isn't the first time I've bought shoes bigger than my size and had to put some extra padding in them, lol.

Me too! My deal is that FH and I are basically the same height. I was going to just wear slippers but now I want a little heel so I looked through low heel shoes which are basically FG shoes for women I mean why is it so hard to get a designer looking hot shoe w/a 1' heel??????
