What is written on your invitations?

I need some help! I never new these invitations would be so difficult.

If you are having your ceremony at a Church/ temple etc... Do you have the address written on your main invitation. I am not sure if I should just write the name of the church and the town or the name of the church, the town, and the address.

On the reception card, do you have the address on there as well. Or are you just going to give out the direction cards. My hall has a long name and a long address, so I am trying to cut down the wording.

For our parents names, which way is better.

#1 Mr and Mrs J. Doe
Mr and Mrs K. Smith

OR

#2 Mr and Mrs J.Doe
and
Mr and Mrs K. Smith

you can really do it however you want. I personally like Name 1 and Name 2 but it's really your choice.
and Because i have three parents name on our invites and it wouldn't fit everything, i had to cut out the address of the place we are having ceremony and reception on the actual invitation. After the traditional parents name, our names, and the date and time of the wedding, i put:

at Marina Del Rey

and ended it there. Then on the reception card, i put:
Adult reception immediately
following ceremony
Marina Del Rey
1 Marina Drive
Blah Blah

I think it will be ok ( i am getting a sample to see), I would have loved to have the whole address on the real invite and just put, Adult reception immediately following ceremony, at the bottom of the invites, but it just wouldn't fit and I love my invitation and didn't want to change.
